Billing Invoices will be sent home in the brown envelopes. If you do not receive one, please notify the school office at 815-963-3620. Payment is due by the end of the week and must be current in order for services to be continued. Services will be temporarily suspended for any individual accounts that exceed at $100 balance. Please make checks payable to St. Peter Cathedral School in an envelope with the attention to Extended Care. Prepaid Account Discount You can prepay your Extended Care Bill and receive a discounted rate of $2.50 per hour ($1.25 per 1/2 hour) per child. Families who regularly utilize this program can save a significantly over an entire school year. To participate, please complete and return the registration form for your child/ren for the current school year, pay the $10.00 per family registration fee and deposit a minimum of $20.00 into your family's account. Your ECP Usage will be subtracted from your account as needed. As long as your account retains a credit balance your ECP usage billed will be at the discounted rate. Once you have used up your credit balance, your rate returns back to the standard amount. So it is a benefit for you to keep a credit balance in your account that will cover your expected ECP usage. To help with your record keeping, I will notify you of your remaining account credit balance or amount due on every billing statement. |
